Palliative and Hospice Care

Although we are not a hospice company, we do provide end of life care under the guidance of a hospice company.  We acknowledge that there are many hospice providers out there, but we recommend the use of a smaller hospice to provide a more individualized care plan to promote comfort and dignity during the end-of-life journey. 

Our care partners in hospice care are Tenderly Hospice and Bristol Hospice.  However, you are more than welcome to choose your own hospice provider to provide hospice services, such as spiritual support, nursing support, social work, pain and symptom management, as well as bereavement care.
